FOOD GRADE RAW MATERIAL

Food-grade phosphoric acid (additive E338) is used to acidify foods and beverages such as various colas and jams. It provides a tangy or sour taste. Various salts of phosphoric acid, such as mono-calcium phosphate, are used as leavening agents. Phosphoric acid in soft drinks has the potential to cause dental erosion.

Uses range from batteries to fertilizers, soaps and hairspray, there are more uses of the chemical potassium hydroxide than most people are aware. As a strong base it help neutralize acid, but it can also be used as a food thickener or stabilizer. It has medicinal properties for both humans and pets, and is the reagent in many industrial processes.

Citric acid is also known as Sour Salt. It is a colorless and odorless powder with a strong acid taste. It is very soluble in water and alcohol. Used in food recipes, in some medicine manufacture and in various industrial applications.

Food grade vegetable glycerin has a USP grade of at least 99% pure, has a sweet flavor and can safely be used in food applications for consumption. It helps keep food moist and is often used to sweeten low carb food products.
